She is recognized for integrating sustainability, finance, data, and technology to deliver strategic solutions that drive transformation in both large corporations and emerging startups. A strong ecosystem builder, she brings together diverse groups across teams, geographies, and industries to unlock collaboration and innovation.

In her pursuit of clarity, Beate has earned multiple postgraduate degrees, including a Master’s in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge, an MBA from the Sorbonne, and an Executive MBA from the Swiss Finance Institute. Currently a PhD candidate at the University of Antwerp, she is researching how financial services can mobilize private capital towards climate finance.

She mentors the next generation of entrepreneurs, leaders and finance professionals, co-leads Women Data Professionals Europe, contributes to the ESG Enterprise Data Management Council, and serves on the board of First Light, a UK charity supporting survivors of domestic abuse.
